These Terms of Service govern your use of the Collect & Watch website and purchases from Collect & Watch, operated by Kenny Management LLC. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site.

Store Use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store security, misuse customer accounts or promotions, submit false information, copy protected store content without permission, or use the site in a way that harms Collect & Watch, Shopify, our service providers, or other customers.

Collector Merchandise

Many products are pre-owned, vintage, imported, limited, or one of a kind. Product photographs and descriptions are part of the listing. Normal age-related or disclosed wear is not a defect. Region, language, compatibility, completeness, and condition information should be reviewed before purchase. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Availability, Pricing, and Orders

Inventory, prices, and promotions may change without notice. An item appearing available does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We may correct errors, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or request verification when reasonably necessary to address inventory conflicts, pricing errors, suspected fraud, resale abuse, or other legitimate concerns. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Payments, Taxes, and Shipping

Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment providers. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and charges shown at checkout or imposed by their jurisdiction. Shipping and returns are governed by the posted Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are usable only for eligible purchases from Collect & Watch, have no cash value except where required by law, and cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Keep gift-card codes secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of a code that was disclosed or obtained outside our systems.

Loyalty Program and Promotions

Participation in the Collect & Watch loyalty program is subject to the Loyalty & Rewards Terms. Discounts and rewards are subject to their stated eligibility, dates, exclusions, and combination rules. Fraudulent, automated, duplicate-account, or abusive activity may result in canceled rewards or account restrictions.

Marketing Communications

If you opt in, we may send promotional emails or recurring automated marketing text messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Use the unsubscribe link in email, reply STOP to cancel marketing texts, or reply HELP for help. Transactional messages related to orders or accounts may still be sent when permitted.

Third-Party Services

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify and other providers. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Store branding, original text, graphics, photographs, and other original content belong to Collect & Watch or their respective licensors. Product names, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Collect & Watch and Kenny Management LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in a customer’s jurisdiction.
