These terms govern participation in the Collect & Watch loyalty and rewards program. The program is operated by Collect & Watch, a Kenny Management LLC business.
Eligibility and Accounts
A customer account is required to earn, view, or redeem points. Participation is free. Limit one loyalty account per person. Accounts, points, and rewards may not be sold, transferred, combined, or shared.
Earning Points
- Purchases: 1 point for each $1.00 of eligible merchandise purchased.
- Create an account: 10 points, one time.
- First order: 20 points, one time.
- Join the email newsletter: 10 points after a valid marketing opt-in, one time.
- Submit a product review: 10 points for an eligible genuine review, subject to verification and program limits.
- Birthday gift: 25 points, no more than once per year, after a valid birthday is provided.
Points are calculated on eligible merchandise after discounts and exclude taxes, shipping, refunds, canceled orders, and gift-card purchases. Points may take time to appear. Points earned from an order that is returned, refunded, canceled, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent will be reversed.
Redeeming Points
Every 100 points may be redeemed for one $5 Collector Reward. The reward requires a minimum eligible order subtotal of $25. Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. Only one reward may be used per order, and rewards cannot be combined with other order, product, or shipping discounts unless a promotion expressly states otherwise.
Customers may earn and redeem the $5 Collector Reward repeatedly whenever they have enough points. Under the current settings, generated reward codes do not expire; any future expiration will be disclosed before redemption when required.
Marketing Actions
Points for joining an email or SMS list are awarded only after the applicable consent is validly provided. Consent to marketing is not required to make a purchase. Unsubscribing does not remove points already awarded, but repeatedly subscribing and unsubscribing to obtain points is prohibited. SMS enrollment rewards are unavailable until Collect & Watch activates the SMS program.
Reviews and Fair Use
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and comply with any posted review rules. Points reward the act of submitting an eligible review, not a positive opinion. Duplicate, automated, misleading, compensated without disclosure, or abusive activity may be rejected.
Returns, Misuse, and Corrections
We may correct points issued in error, reverse points associated with refunded transactions, cancel improperly obtained rewards, merge duplicate accounts, or suspend participation for fraud or abuse. If a reward was used on a returned order, its value may be deducted from the refund as permitted by law and the Refund Policy.
Program Changes
We may change, pause, or end the program, earning actions, point values, or rewards. Material changes will be posted on this page or otherwise communicated when reasonably required. Changes do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
